Talking Trees is the title of the new production at Wildner Records. The renowned Munich-based film composer, Enjott Schneider, has created a wide variety of orchestral works. They include major symphonies, symphonic dances, solo concerts, and concert versions of orchestral soundtracks.

The label is currently producing a publication involving the exceptional virtuoso, Eliot Fisk. Title of the production: “MORE THAN THIS.” The central part of the production is the world premiere of the “Little Requiem” by the Viennese composer Kurt Schwertsik. The Little Requiem is a memory of the Spanish Civil War and consists of eleven parts: Farewell, Departure, Messenger Bird, Memories, Marche Boche, Hidden Song, Recurring Dream, Powerless Rage, Longing, Capriccio, and Bells of Guernica. The work was written during a twelve-year collaboration of Eliot Fisk and the Viennese composer, Kurt Schwertsik. The recording of the performance is scheduled for 2009 at Wildner Records. Additionally, the label plans to publish arrangements of the works of the U.S. composers Georg Rochberg, Robert Beaser, and John Corigliano.

“324” is the title of the second album by Augustin Wiedermann on the Wildner Records label. 324 is the difference in years between the birthdays of two composers, on whom the production is primarily focused. At first glance, Ralph Towner (born 1940) and Johann Jakob Froberger (1616-1667) seem to have little in common.
